PROJECTS - Cornerstone
evaluates, designs and manages both soil and groundwater remediation
projects. Cornerstone has developed advanced Free Hydrocarbon Product
(FHP) automated removal systems, groundwater pump and treat systems,
and a variety of soil remediation programs including on-site and off-site
bio-remediation as well as vapor extraction protocols. ASBESTOS - Cornerstone manages projects relating to assessment, quantification and abatement of asbestos containing materials (ACMs). LEAD
BASED PAINT - Cornerstone assesses lead through the latest
x-ray Fluorescence (XRF) technologies, including risk based assessment
and abatement monitoring. AIR TOXINS - Cornerstone evaluates impacts for air toxins and hazardous emissions. Our firm provides Health Risk Assessment, Air Dispersion Modeling (Screen, ISCST & ISCLT) and Air Toxins Inventory Plans & Reports per AB2588. WASTEWATER

consulting and estimates for designing, building and improvement of

remediation engineering firm on projects based on a cost plus fee basis.
